Pepper: Cubanelle, 4 pack

A large, sweet, mild pepper that is excellent for frying! Cubanelle peppers have a honey and mellow pepper heat flavor. 100-1000 Scoville Heat Units. They're not spicy, but they're not quite as mild as bell peppers. The fruit, about 6" long by 2 1/2" wide, is yellow-green maturing to red with continuous fruiting.
